Server is DEad now but I solve it last night I was with the believe that shoemow my char was still logged (thats why I couldnb4t log back again) anf I was getting the general error message. Then I got into Roseonline site and changed my account password. After that i reinstalled only the launcher and it logged on my first try (with the new pass)If you get general error, you could try that
