Server is DEad now but I solve it last night I was with the believe that sohemow my char was still logged (thats why I couldnb4t log back again) anf I was getting the general error message. Then I got into Roseonline site and changed my account password. After that i reinstalled only the launcher and it logged on my first try (with the new pass)If you get general error, you could try that

nice patch,expecially for "Slither" by Velvet Revolver... But I had to set the compressor - level in a different way,30 instead of 64 because the volume was too high!
