having alot of fun with it- not having fun with the wave of junkies here in the PDX. the city recently passed some resolution to start handing out straws and foil to the dope fiends, for "harm reduction"- which makes no sense because the harm reduction thing was for needle users and prevent the spread of aids...this place is like Cass Corridor in the cracl epidemic
