Hey guys pls im new here and i have boss gt8 and i dont know how to get paches and put it on my gt8 pls help me

I'm also new in this forum and I am German! So, excuse me, if my english does not sounds correctly!
I also got a new (old) GT-8!
On this site "guitarpatches.com" you can search and download patches for the GT-8 (and other effectboards). You need an Midi-Interface to put them via MIDI from your PC to the GT-8.
I'm not sure, but I think you also need a software on your PC to drop the Patches on the GT. There is a software for Windows called "GT-8 Master" or if you have a MacOS-PC there is "GT-8fxFloorboard" or "KatanaFXFloorboard" which may help you.
Since now I didn't try it, because I'm waiting for my MIDI-Interface.
For meines Erachtens nach it's also interessting if there are patches as a textile for a quickly change!
