Yamaha thr10x editor

Hello guys, reaching out for for some help. I have the THR10x but unable to use the existing download from Yamaha for the editor. Some reason it's loading the THR10 instead and keeps stating it's not plugged in. Wondering if anyone is able to send me an actual working editor for this thing. The unit sounds awesome like it is, but would love to get more tones out of it. Any help would be awesome! Thanks everyone.
