Playing Bass over the Boss Tone Studio and with GT-100v2 & GT-001...? Yes you can, try it..! I've tested for recording and with my Combo Bugera V22. It sounds great. I'm not a great bass player, so...don't shoot me, if i make mistakes, but i think I've made a good Bass Patch for the Boss GT-100 v2 and Gt-001 ( be careful...only to use with the new software 2.0 and Boss Tone Studio) I don't know how it sounds on Live Stage..is it usefull..?
