Uploading New Patches

I am making a recommendation that it should be stated on the upload page that all patches should be zipped.
There is a size limit on the size of patchfiles, so if you upload only one patch per file there should not be a problem. If you try to upload a whole library of patches there could be necesarry to zip them because otherwise the file will be to big.
I will check my code to see if there is a bug causing the size limiting not working as it should.
