Can i put GT-8 Patches on the GT-10?

I wonder if my GT-10 can use and read the GT-8 patches.. so is it?

Ive done it and they go in but they dont sound the same and need some tweaking. In some cases it came out ok and in others I gave up and moved on. At the end of the day, try it and see what it sounds like, it cant hurt.

hello guys... i just got a gt8 and i have no idea how to load patches to it...
im assuming i need a cable and a software... and i can download patches from this website...
can you please guide.... thank you for bearing my spooky question..
