[G3] How might I achieve this kind of effect sound?

It's a Sonic Bits pedal. I like the sound and capabilities, but the pedal costs more than a G3. Now that I have a G3, I was wondering if anybody had any idea how I might be able to emulate this effect. I like the older video game sounding effects they have in there. I'm guessing some bitcrusher/chorus/delay combo?

I'm still a pretty big noob on the G3 (only had for a week now). And I'm still a bit of a noob with effect pedals outside of distortion. I just would like some more experienced users to help me out here.
