Help With My Zoom g2 knobs

for some reason when i am adjust different settings for example like if i am doing the gain when i mess with 3 knobs i can't ever turn them down they just keep going all the way up too 1.0 i can't ever get them to go down can anyone help me?

Hi Mike, I'm not experienced enough with the G2 yet to let you know what to do. I only got mine yesterday, but one thing I did do was reset to factory settings, because I bought mine second hand. Maybe that'll help. Good luck!

Hi Mike...
Did you find a solution for the problem you are experiencing with the knobs of your ZOOM ?
My PARM1 knob does not modify the level even when I am able to turn it right and left.
