Newbie here with a couple of questions

Post by FenderBender » Mon Mar 27, 2017 11:32 pm

Just moved from the iRig HD 2 and Amplitube to the 3GXn. Have a couple of questions.

1) In spite of the instructions, I can't drag and drop *.zptc files into the Patch section on the right side of Guitar Lab. All I get is a circle with a line through it.

2) Some of the files on this board are *.g3xp files. I can't drag and drop those either. Same problem as above. Zoom doesn't know what the issue is.

Any of the fine folks here have an idea? Running Windows 10 on a high-end computer.

Thanks!

Bumping this. I have this exact same problem. The reason why I joined here is to find an answer.

I have the same problem when I try to move downloaded patches from this website, but I am able to move patches that I downloaded from Zoom's website. I, also, joined this forum to learn if anyone has a fix. The patches that I download from here show up in black text in the Guitar Lab patch pool, but all of my other patches show up in white.

You can only place .zptc files on the G3Xn device.
