Marky LD Solo - Marky Mark

Description:

A Rp360xp Patch that is tubelike, hot, lively and fully stereo effected with Delay Chorus and Reverb. It also has the Who Sparkle drive in front of the amp to give a tube fizz to the tones which tend to get thin in real life. Keep in mind that studio guitar mixes of detailed guitar have the availability of processing never known to us ill guys in the past, so you are getting a well controlled sound from this unit that use to take a whole studio of fx to get when I was a kid. On my set up this patch, as it is is,is great. I have it going into my mmultitracker along side of strong commercial mixes on separate tracks. It blends in with the mix very well. It is made on a Les Paul two humbucker but sounds good on a Tele as well. The trick is how you have your rig setup. The Rp360 is in the mixer output mode. If you happen to 'be a beginner download the free pdf manual. It is very easy to use. When using a mixer expand the hi band and low band eq to get a full swell so that you can adjust top and lo end. If you do not do this you may tend to overdrive the hi and low. Best to use a mixer with music going along side of the rp360. The pedal controls volume and it will also control the amount of drive as a result of being in front of everything. Compressor is on but rhythm is better if you stomp it off in stomp mode. You will see that reducing volume is a great key to really getting super dynamic tube feel and sound. If you run this thru an amp you will need to switch it to Amp output mode and reduce the reverb and Delay because the dynamics change in this mode when going into an amp input. Once you have a good amp setting, All the patches I have uploaded will be in the ballpark.
