Distortion Solo - John Petrucci

Description:

This patch emulates the sound of the majority of the Petrucci solos riffs. Also if you put a little more Compression ratio and use your neck Mic you can get the Mellow, tight solo sound of Damage control/ Glasgow Kiss use the bridge pickup for more distorted beefy sound. Again the sound does not entirely depend on this patch, your rig has BIGTIME play on it. 100% match as played through a Mesa Boggie MIV, rectifier cab with celestions. (guitars didn't make much difference) Assign the booster Mix parameter to pedal 2. set min 0, max 30. enabled. hope you enjoy it

very good, but the EQ still needs small adjustments. or try using the Rectifier Modern sim. if only was a 4.5 score...
